Self-Muse General Participant Terms and conditions

Everyone who attends and participates in the event; Self-Muse acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions, and acknowledges that the terms and conditions may be subject to changed at the discretion of Self-Muse
2.
I understand that Self-Muse has the right to change the time and date of the event. Any given changes will be posted on their social media pages.
3.
Self-Muse has the right to remove anyone who is intoxicated or behaves in an aggressive manner
4.
I understand the consumption of alcohol is only allowed for people 18 and over., and if you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be ID'd, no exceptions.
5.
I consent to the collection, publication and/or use in any form of media whatsoever of my name, Event result, image, video, voice, statement or otherwise, (including the publication of my name and/or Event result and applicable age bracket on Self-Museses social outlets
6.
I understand that Self-Muse holds no responsibility if I injure myself or someone else
7.
I understand that if I damage a work of art, I will have to pay the full value of the piece.
8.
I understand that Self-Muse reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, Self-Muse deciding in its sole discretion cancellation is required due to any sort of dangerous conditions and/or force majeure event (which may include, without limitation, war, civil disturbance, acts of God, epidemic or pandemic).
Self-Muse Bidders Terms and conditions

I understand that if I place the winning bid I must adhere to all of the terms and conditions below

a. I understand that if my bid wins, I have 48 hours to complete the transaction after being contacted by a member of Self-Muse.

b. If Self-Muse is unable to contact me they have 48 hours after initial contact, after which I forfeit the right to ownership of the works.
3.
Bidders must be over the age of 18
4.
I understand that the winner of each bid will be contacted a maximum three business days after the bidding closes
5.
I understand that I must provide my full name, phone number, and bidding amount in order to qualify for the auction.
6.
I understand that once I place a bid on a piece of art, I legally must pay the amount I have committed to.
I understand that when If I win the bid I must collect the art work from AUT the week of the 1st of Novemeber
